The Recovering Families UK Online Programme
Recovery Online
The Forward Trust's online rehabilitation programme offers flexible, accessible support for people in active addiction from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Recovery Online is open to everyone, and can be especially helpful if you face barriers to attending an in‑person residential rehabilitation centre.
Recovery Online might appeal to people living with agoraphobia (a fear of leaving the house), those with caring or childcare responsibilities, and anyone who finds travel difficult — including people who are geographically distant from local services.

Drugbot is an online chatbot that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide free, anonymous, 24/7 support for drug and alcohol concerns.
Delivered by Cranstoun and developed by Substancy (both external providers operating independently of The Forward Trust), Drugbot has been developed with the purpose of providing safer, more reliable advice and information related to drug and alcohol use compared with other AI platforms.

Following a period of thorough testing, The Forward Trust considers Drugbot a limited, yet valuable, complementary first point of contact for individuals seeking further support from in-person trained health professionals and services, or for whom in-person specialist support is unavailable, particularly outside of normal service hours. Drugbot is not intended to replace specialist support from trained practitioners or health professionals. Where appropriate, it will also help users identify and access drug and alcohol support services in their local area, including those provided by The Forward Trust.
