We are delighted to announce that our colleague Abby Mitchell has been named a finalist in the Employer Engagement Practitioner category at this year’s Employability Awards 2025, organised by ERSA.
This nomination recognises Abby’s outstanding contribution to advancing employer engagement as part of our mission at The Forward Trust. Through her dedication, she has strengthened partnerships with employers, enhanced work-readiness programmes and significantly improved opportunities for the people we support.
The Employability Awards are now in their 13th year and showcase the very best practitioners, teams, and partnerships working across the employability and labour market sector. Being shortlisted as a finalist in such a competitive field – out of more than 250 applications – is a testament to Abby’s hard work, creativity and impact.
We would like to thank Abby for her dedication and congratulate her on reaching this important milestone. We are proud to have such a committed professional working with us at The Forward Trust.
