Our interventions provide people on probation the opportunity to establish, maintain, and repair the skills and relationships they need to lead healthy crime free lives.
The Forward Trust’s Supporting People on Probation Navigators form close working relationships with Service Users, Probation Practitioners, Prisons and Community Services, Family and Significant Others to help make connections that form a strong alternative to crime.
Our friendly skilled Navigators, Family Practitioners and Peer Mentors, work with people on probation who have needs or goals around improving:
Family relationships.
Lifestyle and associates.
Emotional wellbeing.
Social inclusion (accessing services you need on release from prison).
We work 1:1, in groups, and by linking with other services in the local community.
Our Personal Wellbeing Services are delivered in:
Bedfordshire.
Cambridge.
Essex.
Norfolk.
Lincolnshire.
Surrey.
Sussex.
Kent (family and significant others).
Cheshire (family and significant others).
You'll find us in any of the 32 Probation Delivery Units, 9 community settings, 11 prisons, and 9 counties included in the above list.
We work with the following partners across England to deliver our Personal Wellbeing Services:
