The London Talent Pathway Programme is a face-to-face or remote three-week training programme that aims to get people living in London into careers in the sustainability and hospitality sectors. In 2023, we received an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’, demonstrating the high level of service we deliver.
In addition to the rigorous training programme, participants will receive one-to-one career support from a qualified employment coach for up to three months after the completion of the original three-week course.
Access to this service also includes:
Vocational Qualifications in Climate Change and Environmental Awareness (Level 2), Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality (Level 2).
Wrap-around Level 1 qualifications in Employability and Digital Skills.
Careers information, advice, and guidance to the Matrix Standard.
Career fairs with employers to find out more about their sectors.
Guaranteed job or apprenticeship interviews with employers.
Tailored job and apprenticeship searches.
This service is funded by The Mayor of London’s London Talent Pathways Fund, which aims to provide Londoners with vocational training so they can upskill and get priority jobs in London's key sectors. It combines funding from the Adult Skills Fund and Free Courses for Jobs.
This programme is for people who:
Live in London.
Are aged at least 19 and over.
Are currently unemployed.
Please note that training is delivered across various sites in London, with the option to receive some remote sessions if, or when, they’re required.
