Through our private rent and tenancy sustainment service, we are always on the lookout for landlords who can offer tenancies to our clients. We work with landlords across London, Kent, Surrey and South Wales, but are keen to grow this reach.
Our services support clients referred to us from local authorities, our own services, and charity partners. We connect them with suitable and sustainable accommodation in the private rented sector.
We are keen to work with landlords who can offer rooms to people aged under 35, or landlords who can provide self-contained, one-bed studios or HMO accommodation to those on benefits, volunteering, or working part-time.
The Forward Trust Housing and Resettlement Team and our active volunteer network provide 12-month tenancy sustainment support, giving landlords peace of mind that their tenants always have someone on hand to help.
The tenants we match to accommodation have the added benefit of accessing wider Forward services, should they have any substance use or probation needs in the future. Such holistic support further helps people sustain their accommodation.
We are proud to partner with Housing Systems to ensure benefit advice and information about housing and Universal Credit is current. In addition, we work with local authorities and Homeless Link to keep our landlords are up to date with relevant information around property safety and other regulations.
