Our PREPARE & PRACTICE © model of reflective group supervision offers a robust and affordable framework for organisations to apply, to support continuous improvement in practice and staff wellbeing. The course is designed to upskill managers and those with supervisory responsibilities, to enable them to effectively deliver reflective supervision to groups of staff delivering the same programme or service in a residential, community or prison-based setting.
Reflective supervision provides a space for staff to address work-based issues together in a safe, in-depth and structured way.
Course duration: 4 full days of training, delivered once a week for 4 weeks.
Assessment: home reading tasks and a short end-of-course assessment.
Next training dates:
Option 1 – Tuesday 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th November 2025.
Option 2 – Thursday 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th November 2025.
Accreditation: Pending.
Costs per person: £850.
