Every year, the Clouds House Reunion reminds us why recovery matters.

On Saturday 13 June, we welcomed alumni, families, friends, staff, volunteers and supporters back to Clouds House for another incredibly special day of connection, celebration and hope. Set against the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and blessed with glorious sunshine, the reunion once again demonstrated the strength of the Clouds community and the lasting impact of recovery.

Clouds House has been supporting people to overcome addiction for more than four decades. While treatment may come to an end, recovery is an ongoing journey, and reunion day is a powerful reminder that nobody has to walk that journey alone.

Throughout the day, familiar faces reunited, new friendships were formed, and people came together with one shared purpose: to celebrate recovery and the lives that have been transformed through it.

As always, the programme was filled with inspiring moments. We were privileged to hear a number of personal recovery shares, alongside moving reflections from family members and those continuing their recovery through aftercare and online support. Every story reminded us that although each recovery journey is unique, they are all built on courage, hope and the willingness to ask for help.

Live music throughout the day created a wonderful atmosphere, while guests enjoyed delicious food prepared by the Clouds House team, explored wellbeing activities and information stalls, and spent time catching up with old friends and making new connections. There was a genuine sense of warmth and belonging that could be felt across the entire site.

One of the things that makes the reunion so special is seeing people at different stages of their recovery journey coming together. For some, it is an opportunity to return to the place where their recovery began. For others, it is their first reunion since leaving treatment. For many families, it is a chance to celebrate just how far their loved ones have come. Together, these moments serve as a powerful reminder that recovery doesn't happen in isolation, it is strengthened by connection, community and ongoing support.

Events like this would not be possible without the incredible people behind the scenes. My heartfelt thanks go to every member of the Clouds House team, our catering staff, volunteers, musicians, speakers, stallholders and everyone who worked so hard to make the day such a success. Thank you also to everyone who attended, shared their experiences and helped create such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Most of all, thank you to our alumni. Every time you return to Clouds House, you inspire others simply by showing what recovery can look like. Your willingness to support one another, celebrate each other's achievements and remain part of this community is what makes the reunion so meaningful year after year.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to ensuring Clouds House continues to be a place of hope, healing and transformation for everyone who walks through its doors.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Clouds House Reunion 2026. We look forward to welcoming you back again next year.
