About Nuclear Rush

Escape the everyday and get stuck into our award-winning muddy obstacle course at Nuclear Races, Essex’s best mud run. From thrilling slip and slides and the iconic Travelator to mud pits and cargo nets, every obstacle delivers mud, fun and a genuine sense of achievement. Whether you’re a complete beginner, seasoned racer, endurance runner, adult or child, there’s a race for everyone.

The course takes you through muddy farmland, woodlands and lakes, and is complete with approximately 40+ obstacles to test your determination, agility and adventurous spirit.

Set in the heart of the Secret Nuclear Bunker Estate in Essex, and while challenging, it’s open to participants aged 13+ (adult accompaniment required for 13 – 15 year olds) and welcomes all fitness levels.
