About Nuclear Fallout 

Push yourself to the limit with #TeamForward at one of the UK’s toughest and muddiest obstacle course races. Whether you’re in it for fun, fitness or to test your endurance, every step you take will help raise vital funds to support people breaking free from addiction, crime and homelessness.

Held on Saturday 1 November, Nuclear Fallout is not for the faint-hearted. With over 40 obstacles, ice-cold water, thick mud and tough terrain, it is the ultimate test of stamina, strength and grit.

Set in the Essex countryside, you can choose to take on a 6 km or 12 km course. Whether you go solo or run as a team, it is a fun, unforgettable experience that will leave you muddy, proud and ready for more.
