Who we help
Our personal wellbeing services are only available to male prison leavers and those on community orders aged 18 plus in the South East, East Midlands and East of England:

How we help
Our services are designed to help clients integrate into the community by developing stronger, healthier relationships and interactions with family, friends and the wider support networks. Our range of interventions are designed to support clients’ emotional wellbeing, social inclusion, lifestyles and personal development.
Our team of multi-skilled Health and Wellbeing Practitioners work alongside expert partners to deliver support including:
- Parenting, relationship, domestic violence prevention and violence reduction programmes
- Conflict and communication, positive identity, and wellbeing workshops
- Specialist legal advice
- Facilitated family meetings
- Coaching and mentoring
- Release planning via in-reach support
- Inspirational peer mentors
How to refer
Referrals can only be made by probation service staff. Referrals can be made via the Refer and Monitor Intervention systems.
