- Reached 28,306 people across England and Wales, with services spanning 75 projects as shown in our detailed map of service breadth.
- Significant increases in clients receiving assessments, learning new skills, and sustaining recovery, housing, and tenancies.
- 98% of service users rated their experience as excellent or good.
Achievements and New Initiatives
- Recovery Online: Transforming lives through remote therapy, as shared by Katie Cole:
“Forward offered me a place on the online programme, and it literally saved my life! I’m now living in recovery, working, volunteering, and sharing my story.” - Forward Connect: Over 4,400 members, including a national reunion attended by over 400 people.
- ROAR (Reach Out And Recover): Peer-led advocacy launched in Kent.

- Celebrating 40 years of Clouds House and 20 years of The Bridges, now inclusive of women.
- Employment services rated “Good” by Ofsted, reflecting quality and impact.
