Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy (2024-2027)

The Forward Trust’s three-year EDI strategy sets out our key developments to date, our current initiatives and our long-term ambitions to ensure we are delivering against these important objectives.

Specifically, the new plan will continue to improve staff awareness and understanding of EDI principles, alongside our commitments towards improving service delivery for all those that require our support.
