Tevfick Souleiman

Tev joined Forward in March 2020. Tev qualified as solicitor in 1997, and has previously run his own law firm. He is also a fully qualified careers guidance officer. Tev now leads our Enterprise Support Team, using his past entrepreneurial experience to help those who are interested in setting up their own enterprise. Tev also leads our social enterprise offerings and is adding new enterprises to Forward’s portfolio of wholly owned social enterprises.

Fast paced, creative and performance-driven, Tev has vast experience of managing complex cases and various careers guidance contracts and has a special interest in supporting ex-offenders and those with mental health issues. Achieving first class customer support and satisfaction is Tev’s main motivation and he is able to use his own lived experience to design support to help everyone to achieve their dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
