Louise Gibbings is one of the founding trustees of Forward and has been involved with the criminal justice system and the treatment of addiction for many years. She has worked for the national charity SOVA and has served on the on the Independent Monitoring Boards at HMP Wandsworth and HMP Wayland. She has been a trustee for Wandsworth Prison Counselling Service, the Blenheim/Drug Community Drug Protect and St Giles Trust.
