Opportunity: Fedcap and Forward seek partners to support bid proposal for the Probation Delivery Partner competition
Forward and Fedcap Employment are looking for partners to support our bid proposal for the Probation Delivery Partner competition. The competition is seeking proposals from organisations to provide:
- Unpaid Work opportunities for offenders to engage in community-based reparation activities
- Accredited Programmes – structured programmes from the HMPPS suite of programmes which are accredited by the Correctional Services Accreditation and Advice Panel (CSAAP)
- Non-Accredited Structured Interventions – evidence based interventions designed to achieve cognitive change
We particularly wish to work with partners in relation to the provision of Non-Accredited Structured Interventions and those which can provide unpaid work opportunities for groups and individuals. These include:
- Organisations, including local authorities and charities, wishing to benefit from unpaid work including community-based reparation activities provided by groups and individuals
- Organisations that have experience of providing evidence-based interventions to women offenders and young adults aged between 18 – 25
- Organisations that have experience of providing services to victims of domestic abuse in conjunction with Probation Services
- Organisations that have experience of delivering evidence-based interventions to offenders including cognitive change programmes designed to reduce the risk of re-offending and harm
